Only pay when you earn

You only pay 6% on confirmed bookings. There are no monthly fees and no annual contracts. The Holidu Fee is automatically deducted from your payout and covers the technology, services and support Holidu provides — channel distribution, pricing recommendations, guest communication, your direct booking toolkit, calendar management and more. A separate one-time Onboarding Fee applies per property (see above).

When a guest books through a channel like Airbnb or Booking.com, the channel charges a commission. This is a pass-through cost, it goes to the channel, not to Holidu. The commission is already included in the price the guest pays, so there are no hidden costs for you. On direct bookings through your own website, there's no channel commission at all, only the 6% Holidu Fee.

A channel booking has two parts: the Holidu Fee (6%, which can drop to as low as 3% with discounts) and the commission charged by the channel itself — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and others — which varies by country. Together that's typically between 18% and 24%, depending on your country and whether your Holidu Fee is reduced. Most of that goes to the channel, not to Holidu. On direct bookings through your own website there's no channel commission at all — you pay only the Holidu Fee.

You get paid on the day your guest checks in, via instant payment, so you typically see the funds within minutes. For your very first booking as a new host, the payout is processed 48 hours after check-in. For last-minute bookings, payout is processed 24 hours after check-in.

The setup fee is a one-time cost per property, deducted from the payout of your first booking, so you don't pay anything upfront. If you have multiple properties, the fee applies to each one separately.

The 6% Holidu Fee isn't for the booking itself, it's for the system behind it that covers automated payments, guest messaging, calendar management, professional invoicing, online check-in and much more. A channel booking carries roughly 15% commission plus the Holidu Fee. A direct booking only has the 6%, so your margins are significantly higher on every direct booking.
