Guest questions, answered automatically
Most questions guests ask before they arrive are the same ones: where do I park, when can I check in, is there a highchair. Turn this on, and the AI Assistant answers these questions directly, in the guest's language, using the details you've already saved for your property. A guest asking about parking at eleven at night gets an answer straight away.
You can still answer any question yourself, at any time – just start typing in the conversation. If a question needs your judgement, the AI Assistant doesn't guess: it sends the question to you.
