To update your property name:

2. Navigate to your property listing
3. Go to the listing settings or basic information section
4. Edit the property name field
5. Save your changes

Your updated property name will sync across all connected channels within a few hours.

Understanding host name and ownership information

Your property name is different from the host name displayed on your listing. Here's what you need to know about host information across different channels:

On partner channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo)

For technical and contractual reasons, the host name shown on partner channels cannot be customized. Holidu appears as the host on these external ads. This setup ensures that:

• Guests can book through trusted partner channels with a recognizable name
• Your property complies with each channel's requirements
• Your listing reaches a wider audience while Holidu manages the channel administration

On Holidu's channel

When your property is listed directly on Holidu, your name appears as the Host, while Holidu is listed as the Manager. This gives you visibility and helps build direct relationships with potential guests.

On your Direct Booking Website

On your Direct Booking Website (also called "My Website"), your name is visible in the "Your Host" section at the top of the page. You can personalize this section by adding a short bio to build trust with guests and encourage direct bookings.
