Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. We're present in eight European countries and ready to help you reach guests across our platform and partner sites.

Check Your Location First

Holidu currently operates in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia. If your property is located in one of these countries, you're eligible to list with us.

How to Get Started

Follow these simple steps to create your listing:

1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to access the host registration portal.
2. Create your account by filling in the required information.
3. Click "Create a new property" and complete your property setup.
4. Submit all required details, including property address, photos, amenities, and documentation.

Understanding the Review Process

New listings aren't published immediately. Your property enters a verification process where our team reviews the information you've provided. This typically includes checking that you've submitted:

• Complete property details and high-quality photos
• Accurate amenities and house rules
• Legal documentation required in your country (such as NRA registration in Spain)
• Valid identity verification and bank details

What If I'm Stuck?

If you encounter issues during setup, check for missing mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk). Ensure your bank information, tax details, and identity verification are complete. When Will My Listing Go Live?

Once you've submitted all required information and documentation, our team reviews your property. You'll receive an email notification when your listing is approved and becomes visible on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary, so allow several business days for processing.
