Where can you see your invoices?

As a host on Holidu, you can easily access and download all your invoices directly from your account. This includes payout invoices, commission invoices, and cancellation fee invoices. Understanding where to find these documents is essential for managing your finances and keeping accurate records of your hosting activity.

How to access your invoices

Follow these simple steps to view and download your invoices:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account
2. Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
3. Select My invoices from the expandable menu
4. You will now see all your available invoices

How to download invoices

Once you are in the Invoices section, you have multiple options for downloading your documents:

• Individual downloads: Click the download button next to each specific invoice to download it separately
• Bulk downloads: Select multiple invoices and click Bulk download to download them all at once

To make finding invoices easier, you can use the available filters:

• Filter by time period using the date range selector
• Search by Booking ID to quickly locate a specific invoice

How to access your payouts

Your payout information is also located in the Financials section:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account
2. Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
3. Select Payouts to view your payout history and details

In this section, you can review all your payouts and access related financial documents. Use the filters to narrow down by date range or booking ID if needed.

How to access your managed hosts' invoices (PME Account)

If you manage other hosts through a Property Management Enterprise (PME) account, you can access their invoices as follows:

1. Log in to your Holidu account
2. Click on Hosts in the left-hand menu
3. Select the host whose invoices you want to view from the list
4. Click on the Invoices tab on the host's profile page
5. You can now filter and download invoices for that host

Filtering and downloading managed hosts' invoices

When viewing a managed host's invoices, use the available filtering options:

• Filter by Booking ID to find specific invoices
• Apply date filters by clicking Filters and selecting your desired time period
• Download individual invoices or use Bulk download for multiple invoices at once

Important information about invoices

When invoices become available: Invoices appear on the Holidu platform from the day the guest can no longer cancel for free, based on the cancellation policy you configured. They are not accessible before that date.

Types of invoices: You may see different types of invoices in your account:

• Payout invoices
• Commission invoices
• Cancellation fee invoices (issued when you cancel a guest booking)

Cancellation fees: When a cancellation fee is applied, it is automatically deducted from your next available payout. No manual bank transfer is required.

Account access considerations

Primary email access: Only the primary email address registered on your Holidu account can access the Invoices and Payouts sections. Collaborators on your account do not have access to these financial areas.

Bulk download limitations: Bulk downloads are only available through the web browser version of Holidu. This feature is not supported on mobile devices or through the Holidu app.

Date range limits: When performing a bulk download, you can select invoices issued within a maximum date range of 12 months. Be sure to set your "From" and "To" dates accordingly.

Single host per account: Each Holidu account is registered to a single host. Co-registration is not possible, and invoices are issued in the name of the registered host only.

Tips for managing your invoices

To keep your financial records organized, consider these best practices:

• Regularly download and archive your invoices for your records
• Use the date filters to organize invoices by tax year or accounting period
• Keep copies of all invoices for accounting and tax purposes
• Use the Booking ID filter when you need to locate invoices for a specific reservation quickly
