The onboarding fee covers the steps to get your property listed on Holidu and set up the tools you need to manage bookings effectively. This process is customized to your local market, ensuring you understand how to use Holidu and your property is ready to welcome guests.

When is the onboarding fee charged?

The onboarding fee is deducted from the payout of your first booking. It's charged at the property level, which means it applies even if the booking is later canceled.

If you have multiple properties, the fee is charged for each one separately. The amount is deducted before you receive the payout for the booking, and a separate invoice for the onboarding fee is created in your account.

How is the onboarding fee charged?

Here's how the charging process works:

• The fee is automatically deducted from your first booking payout
• You'll receive a separate invoice for the onboarding fee in your "Invoices" section
• If a booking with an already processed payout gets canceled, you don't need to refund us
• Instead, we deduct the amount from your next booking, and the onboarding fee remains in place until we can deduct it from another booking

Finding your onboarding fee invoice

Once the onboarding fee has been charged, you can find your invoice by logging into your account and navigating to the "Invoices" section.

How to check if the onboarding fee applies to you

To verify whether the onboarding fee applies to your Holidu account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Holidu account at host.holidu.com/app
2. Go to the Holidu Logo on the upper right side
3. Click on "Account" and scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Look for "Your Holidu agreement" section
5. Click the "Download" button next to it to review your specific agreement terms

Your Holidu agreement will clearly state whether the onboarding fee applies to your account and provide details specific to your market.
