Can I change my payment method on Booking.com?

If you chose "Pay Now"

When you select the "Pay Now" option during booking, your payment is fully processed and managed by Booking.com. In this case, your payment details are handled directly by Booking.com, and we at Holidu do not have access to your payment information.

To change your payment method for a "Pay Now" booking, you will need to contact Booking.com's customer service directly. You can reach them through their live chat support or by calling their phone line. Booking.com's support team will be able to assist you with updating your payment method for that specific reservation.

If you selected "Pay On"

When you choose the "Pay On" payment option, Holidu is responsible for processing your payment. This gives you more flexibility to update your payment method if needed.

When your payment fails

If your initial payment attempt is unsuccessful, you will have the opportunity to update your payment method. Holidu will send you a secure payment link via email. This link allows you to enter new payment details and complete your transaction safely and conveniently.

When your payment is successful

If your original payment goes through successfully on the first attempt, the payment method cannot be changed after the transaction is completed.
